Venue: Your sovereign space

Duration: 38 minutes

For those who feel called to enter a private sovereign practice.

On Wednesday, 26 August 2026, we shall gather inwardly — each from our own space — and enter a shared field of presence, remembrance, and sovereign intention.

This ceremony is entitled “Bringing The Child Home".

A serene woman stands in a golden mountain landscape with one hand over her heart and the other extended as a luminous infinity wave flows through the surrounding light.

Although I shall hold space as custodian of the practice, each participant undertakes the ceremony privately, in full sovereignty.

The Sovereign Self is intentionally non-performative. It is rooted in direct experience, inner authority, and individual responsibility.

The guided ceremony takes just on 38 minutes and is best experienced with AirPods or a headset.

There is no need for preparation. The instructions are clear and precise. Simply begin at the stated time.

How Do You Reconnect With Your Inner Child?

Reconnecting with your inner child does not require you to search for painful memories or decide that something in your past must be repaired. It can begin much more gently: by recognising that the younger parts of us learned ways of staying safe, acceptable or connected, and by meeting those parts now with the presence and compassion that may once have been difficult to receive. Inner child work, in this sense, is less about returning to the past than about allowing what was carried forward from it to be met differently in the present.

Listening to the audio is all that is required.

The more of us who participate, the greater the field of energy we create and receive.

Those who feel called to share their experience may do so. Sharing is welcome, but it is not necessary for validation.

Thank you.

In Presence.

With steadiness and care,

The Sovereign Self

If this ceremony has opened a recognition of the places where you learned to leave parts of yourself behind, The Places Where You Left Yourself continues that inquiry through the movement of return and self-retrieval.

If this is your first encounter with The Sovereign Ceremony, you are warmly invited to read the introduction before participating.

It offers the deeper context for the practice — why it is private, non-performative, and undertaken from your own sovereign space.
