Sovereign Ceremony | The Still Point Within
Updated: Oct 5

This is a Sovereign Ceremony — a private, guided experience designed to be entered in your own time, in your own space.
Duration: Approximately 15 minutes
Best experienced: Somewhere quiet and undisturbed, preferably with headphones
There are moments when the world around us feels loud, unsettled or uncertain.
This ceremony is an invitation to step out of that noise for a little while and return to the quieter place within you.
A place beneath the thinking.
Beneath the fear.
Beneath the need to know what happens next.
The Still Point Within is a guided return to breath, body, presence and inner steadiness.
You do not need to arrive calm.
You do not need to have anything worked out.
You do not need to prepare.
Simply come as you are.
Find somewhere you can be undisturbed for a little while, put on headphones if you can, and allow yourself to be guided.
This is not about escaping what is happening in your life.
It is about remembering the place within you from which you can meet it.
There may still be a storm.
But you do not have to become the storm.
When you are ready, begin the ceremony below.

Listening is all that is required.
Afterwards, give yourself a few quiet moments before moving on.

Stay With the Experience
When the ceremony ends, give yourself a little space before moving on.
You do not need to hold onto every word.
Simply notice what feels different.
Notice your breath.
Notice your body.
Notice whether something within you feels a little quieter.
And remember:
You can return here whenever you need to.
